How to delete fingerprint template from legacy XP-GT controller

• To delete fingerprint template from legacy XP-GT controller:

Step 1: Enter Programming Menu for the legacy XP-GT controller.

Step 2: Press 3 for Fingerprint Menu > 2 for Delete Fingerprint. The Delete Fingerprint screen will be shown. Enter the User ID of the user's fingerprint that is to be deleted. Alternatively, users may also flash the card to the controller to read the User ID.

Step 3: The following screen will then be shown to allow users to select the Template Index to be deleted. Select a number from 1 to 5 which corresponds to the fingerprint template to be deleted. Press  to delete the fingerprint template.

Step 4: The controller will then prompt a message indicating that the template has been deleted successfully. Users can then enter another User ID to delete another fingerprint, or press  to return to the Fingerprint Menu.

• To clear all fingerprint database from legacy XP-GT controller:

Step 1: Enter Programming Menu for the legacy XP-GT controller.

Step 2: Press 3 for Fingerprint Menu > 3 for Clear Fingerprint. The following screen will be shown. Press  to proceed.

Step 3: The controller will then prompt a message indicating that all fingerprint template has been deleted successfully. Users will then be automatically redirected back to Fingerprint Menu.
