Fingerprint templates are unable to be added to the controller.

Symptom and Finding:

After flashing the card at the door, the controller / software responded with invalid access.

Using the same card number, system users are unable to add the fingerprint templates

Cause:

The Staff Record is yet to be added at the controller / software. The controller / software does not recognize the staff card number.

Solution:
