Solution:	Summary: Pre-requisite. To configure Staff Setup. To configure Door Setup. . . Step-by-step Guide: Pre-requisite: Step 1: Check and ensure that there are no door event transactions with the door of "Door???" in the Latest Event List window. . Note Transaction with "Door???" means that the Door Unit No* has been configured incorrectly at Door Setup window.* For single-door access controllers, configure the Door Unit No* to "00"* . Otherwise, configure the Door Unit No* according to the Reader's Unit No or System Address.* (Door "00" for first door; Door "01" for second door and so on) . . To configure Staff Setup: Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > Data Setup > Access Data Setting > Staff Records > select the staff to be modified > Modify. The Edit Staff Detail window will be shown.
