Step 1: There is a possibility that the card presented is not a Mifare card type. As such, when the card is scanned to the desktop programmer, the desktop programmer did not read the card as the card type is incompatible. Ensure that the card presented is indeed a Mifare card type. . Step 2: Ensure that the Mifare card is in good, working condition. If the Mifare card is defected, change to a new card and try again. .
