Card users are still able to access all floors even after configuring Floor Access Level in xPortalNet software.

Symptom and Finding:

After configuring floor accessibility for XP-SNET for lift controller, the card user can still have access to all floors.

Cause:
  • Incorrect wiring connection from the XP-SNET controller to XP-SNET-E32R extension board.
  • Incorrect Floor Relay Setup configuration at xPortalNet Server application.
  • Incorrect Floor Accessibility Setup configuration at xPortalNet Client.

Step 1: Check and ensure that the wiring connection between the XP-SNET controller and the XP-SNET-E32R extension board is correct.

Each XP-SNET controller can support up to 128 output points, which translate to 4 XP-SNET-E32R extension boards if all the output points are used in each of the XP-SNET-E32R extension board.
