Cause:	When using M1000i controller as the bi-directional turnstile, user can enter / exit with the same turnstile; so this could be a problem as visitor will be signed out although the transaction is valid entry.
Solution:	Warning! Users are not recommended to run any xPortal software in Windows XP operating system as the system is unstable Users are also advised to stop the xPortal Services before shutting down the Server PC to prevent any missing transaction issues. . .
