Cause:	For first time installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 which requires access to Command Prompt.
Solution:	Summary: To launch the Command Prompt using search bar (applicable to all Windows Version). . Step-by-step Guide: To launch the Command Prompt using search bar (applicable to all Windows Version): Step 1: Press Start Menu or Start Screen to find the Search field from taskbar as below. Figure 1: Search Icon in Windows 10 Figure 2: Search Icon in Windows 8 Start Screen Menu Figure 3: Search Field in Windows 7 Start Menu Step 2: Type "command" or "cmd" in the search field. Then, click on the Command Prompt result shown as below.
