Please ensure that the CCTV module dongle license is plugged into the xPortalNet Server PC and the PC is able to detect the dongle license.
Step-by-step Guide:
Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > Data Setup > System Setting > DVR.

Step2: Click OK to confirm and save changes. Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > Data Setup > System Setting > CCTV camera. Click Add.

Step 2: Fill up the camera information as highlighted in the red window and click Add.

Step 3: The Add CCTV Camera Event Trigger window will be shown. Fill up the details in the respective fields with the triggering events.
