Cause:

For first time configuration to assign XP-SNET controller to function as Lift Controller.

Solution:







Warning!

The XP-SNET controller will not send fire alarm signal over to the connected XP-SNET-E32R and/or XP-SNET-E248 extension boards if the configuration settings for the XP-SNET controller is not completed.

Complete the configuration settings for XP-SNET controller in order for XP-SNET-E32R and/or XP-SNET-E248 to respond accordingly to fire alarm signals.

Step 1: Turn "ON" DIP switch 1 for controller SETTING on XP-SNET controller.

Step 2: The following table explains the functions of the DIP switches for controller SETTING on the XP-SNET controller:



Step 3: After configuring the DIP switches, press "RESET" on the XP-SNET controller to reset the controller in order for the new settings to take effect.
