Flashed Valid Card to Lift Reader but Unable to Select Floor Buttons

Problem (Issue) Statement:

Flashed Valid Card to lift car reader but unable to select floor buttons

Description:

Site layout consisted of 1 unit of XP-SNET, 2 units of XP-SNET-E32R extension relay board and 2 units of Plato readers to control 2 units lift panel within 2 units lift car.

For normal operation, the system requires restriction in lift access, where a particular floor can only be selected if user has presented a valid card to lift car reader. Each valid card issued will permit access to certain pre-programmed floors, but not the other floors.

During functionality testing, the system engineer faced technical issues where the XP-SNET-E32R extension relay board for lift panel 2 does not respond after a valid card is flashed to the lift car reader.
