How to Add a Software into Antivirus Exception List

In very rare cases, Antivirus softwares may detect and block some programs as virus, even though the software did not pose any threats to the computer. These wrong detections, often also known as false-positive detections, may cause the software to lose some of its functionalities.

In order to restore the functionality of the software, users will have to add the affected software into the exception list of the Antivirus.
