Step 2: The InstallShield Wizard for MicroEngine LID Interfacing Services window will be shown. Click Next to continue.

Step 3: The Ready to Install the Program window will be shown, click Install to continue.

Step 4: Wait for the installation progress to be completed.

Step 5: Once the installation progress is complete, the InstallShield Wizard Completed window will then be shown. Click Finish to exit the installation.
