After Activating Purge Visitor Feature, Several Regular Visitor Records are Missing

Upon investigation in the Visitor Transaction Report, it was discovered that Visitor No 820225XXXXXX's last transaction was on 08/08/2017. When the same visitor (with visitor no 820225XXXXXX) registered a Visitor Card on 10/09/2017, xPortalNet software is unable to retrieve existing visitor information.

After checking the Audit Trail Report, it was discovered that the software has logs of the transaction where the visitor data record was deleted on 09/08/2017.

Users are to update xPortalNet software to /wiki/spaces/SRN/pages/97354120 and above, as the software has been updated to allow the Purge Visitor action procedure to delete visitor data records based on the last modified date of the visitor records rather than the date of creation.

This meant that the software will keep a record of the visitors for a period as specified in Purge Visitor Properties window based on the last visited date of the visitor, rather than the first visit of the visitor.
