When visitor access card is flashed to exit reader for visitors, the xPortalNet software is unable to automatically sign out the visitor

By flashing a visitor access card on the dropbox exit reader, the xPortalNet Client only showed Valid Exit Transaction.

• To enable Visitor Auto Sign Out feature:

Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client >Data Setup > System Setting > Door.

Step 2: Select the desired door and click Modify.

Step 3: Click on the Enable Visitor Auto Sign Out dropdown dialog box, select "Yes" and click OK to save the changes.

Step 4: The following message window will be prompted to indicate that the Record is Updated.

Step 5: The Delivery Report window will then be shown. Wait for the process of sending controller setting to complete before clicking Close.

Step 6: Verify that the auto sign out feature is enabled by flashing a visitor access card to the dropbox exit reader. The software will record both Valid Exit Access and Visitor SignOut transaction.

Step 7: Check and ensure that in the Visitor Still In List report, the visitor is no longer indicated as being still in.
