Step 2: Ensure that xPortalNet Comm Service is running. Click the Show Hidden Icon (1), right-click the xPortalNet Comm Service icon (2), and click Configure Device Communication IP Address (3).

Step 3: The Select IP Address window will then be shown. At the drop-down menu icon for the IP Address field, select the IP Address configured in How to Configure the Software Server PC as Fixed IP Address. Click OK to save the changes.

Step 4: Restart the xPortalNet Comm Service for the changes to take effect.
