Description:	Users get error messages when attempting to login to the xPortal3000 Client. As a result of that, users are unable to access xPortal3000 Client software.

Symptom and Finding:	Symptom 1: The following error message is shown when users attempt to login to xPortal3000 Client. Cause:	xPortal3000 Server Service is not running TCP Port number is set incorrectly Server connection is configured incorrectly xPortal3000 software is blocked by Windows Firewall
