. Step-by-step Guide:
Step 1: At the bottom right of the taskbar, click Show Hidden Icons > right-click on xPortalNet Comm Service > Check Service Info . Step 2: The About window will be shown as below. In this window, the xPortalNet version will be shown as highlighted in the screenshot below. Click OK to exit from the window. . Step 3: User can scroll down to the Information table to check further details such as the modules supported by the dongle license to validate the software license detected and dongle hardware ID. . . .
Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Server > click About. . Step 2: The About window will be shown and indicate the software version as below. . .
Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > About > select About. . Step 2: The About window will be shown to indicate the software version as below. . .
Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > About > System Info. . Step 2: The System Information window will be shown as follows. Wait for the Collecting System Information process to complete the process of information retrieval. . Step 3: It may take up to several minutes to complete this process. . Step 4: Once the retrieval process is completed, users can click on the drop-down arrow icon for Source Name: xPortalNet Client & Service to be able to view all information of xPortalNet Client & Server Instance. Click Save to save all relevant information. . Tips If users are unable to view controller's settings, please tick the Allow to retrieve controller's setting tickbox and click Retrieve to retrieve controller's setting again. |
