Solution: | The ColdStart Operation will erase all the memory in the XP-SR200K and reset all the settings to default. Proceed only if you are sure you want to reset the controller to default settings!. . Summary:

Step 1: Switch off the power for the XP-SR200K controller. . Step 2: Upon switching on the reader, it will enter the power up mode. The Red LED will be blinking at this stage for 10 seconds. . Step 3: In the power up mode while the Red LED is blinking, press and hold the exit button for 2 seconds. The controller will then reset to factory default settings. All the card users will also be cleared from the controller memory. . Note The default MasterPIN for the XP-SR200K is "123456". Users are advised to change the MasterPIN after performing the ColdStart operation. |
