Cause:

For first time connection between Plato readers direct to XP-SNET controller and configure door settings in xPortalNet software.

Solution:







Summary

  • To connect Plato reader to terminal block of CON32 on XP-SNET controller.

  • To configure Door Settings on xPortalNet.

Step-by-step Guide:

  • To connect Plato reader to terminal block of CON32 on XP-SNET controller:

Step 1: Please follow the wiring diagram as below:

  • To configure Door Settings on xPortalNet:

Step 1: Ensure that the Connection and Controller setup has been completed.

Step 2: For Door Setup, go to Server Admin > System Device Setup > Door > Add. The Add Door window will be shown as below:
