Symptom and Finding: | When the Staff Record listing is opened, all card users are using the "Free Access (0001)" door accessibility schedule.

Cause: | The software is bugged such that the Door User List report did not take into account the staff records whose door access level is assigned with the free access (0001) code for door accessibility schedule. |
Solution: | Users have to update the software to xPortalNet HS v1.5.4.111 or newer to fix the bug where the Door User List did not show the records involving card holders with door access code of 0001 (Free Access). |
