Symptom and Finding:

Cause:
  • The Read Key configured in the System Properties under the Mifare Card Options tab does not match the Read Key set during the programming of the Mifare cards
  • Incorrect Block No. is selected for the programmed card

  • Users are not recommended to run any xPortal software in Windows XP operating system as the system is unstable
