Step-by-step Guide:

  • To configure XP-GLS5000 controller to function as Alarm Monitoring: 

Step 1: Turn "ON" DIP switch 3 for controller SETTING on XP-GLS5000 controller to enable Alarm Controller Mode.

Note

Turn "ON" DIP switch 2 and 3 for controller SETTING on XP-GLS5000 controller for Door Access mode with Alarm Monitoring functions.

Step 2: The following table explains the functions of the DIP switches for controller SETTING on the XP-GLS5000 controller.



Step 3: After configuring the DIP switches, press "RESET" on the XP-GLS5000 controller to reset the controller in order for the new settings to take effect.


Note

XP-GLS5000 controller can support readers such as RM800KLS, RM800KLP, RM80MS and RM80KLS.
