Symptom and Finding: | When users attempt to delete controller code, the following error message is shown by the software:

Cause: | - There is a door code assigned to the controller. Therefore the software does not allow users to delete the controller without first deleting the door code.

Step 1: Ensure that the xPortalNet Service is running.

Step 2: Go to xPortalNet Server > Server Admin > System Device Setup > Door > select the door linked to the controller to be deleted > Delete.
