Step 1: Run xPortal3000 Server Configuration Manager. Ensure that the Service State is "Running". Click Start if the Service State is "Stopped".

Step 2: Open xPortal3000 client. Click Control Panel.

Step 3: The Control Panel menu will be shown. Click System Properties.

Step 4: The System Properties window will be shown. Click Modify. Go to General Tab and select "Yes" at the Fire Alarm Auto Release field to enable this feature. Click OK to save the changes.

Step 5: The following message window will be shown to indicate that the Record is Updated. Click OK to continue.

Step 3: The Delivery Report window will be shown. Ensure that all the controller settings are sent successfully. Click OK to complete the process.

Step 1: Go to xPortalNet Client > Device Comm > Send Door Setting.
Step 2: The Send Door Controller Settings window will be shown. Check the desired controller's checkbox and click Send All Settings.

Step 1: Go to Device List > Controller List. Ensure that all door controller statuses are Normal.

Step 2: Go to Device List > Door List. Ensure that all related Door statuses are Up and that Security status is Y.

Step 1: At the Latest Event List window, ensure that the transaction Release All Doors On Fire Alarm, Door Security Off from all related doors and Fire Alarm On are recorded from the source controller.

Step 2: At the Latest Alarm Event List, ensure that the Fire Alarm On transaction is logged.

Step 5: Also, ensure that all electromagnetic lock for all physical doors are released.

Step 4: All physical doors selected will return to normal, secure operation.
