  To check and ensure that the wiring termination is correct:

  To ensure that the Jumper J2 is correctly shorted / opened depending on the controller and relay board used:

For XP-GT Controller to MAS-RBT Relay Board:

Step 1: Ensure that the jumper J2 at MAS-RBT relay board is opened.

For XP-GTR Controller to MAS-RBU Relay Board:

Step 1: Ensure that the jumper J2 at MAS-RBU relay board is shorted.

  To verify the condition of the relay board and the controller:

Step 1: If the problem still persists, users are adviced to troubleshoot to ensure that the controller and the relay board units are functioning well.

• Connect the affected relay board unit to a known functioning controller to test if the relay board is in working condition.
• Connect the affected controller unit to a known functioning relay board to test if the controller is in working condition.

Step 2: If any of the units are faulty, kindly send them to our Service Center for repairs.
