How to Generate Monthly Attendance Report in xPortal3000 Software?

• To generate the monthly attendance report in xPortal3000:

Step 1: Go to xPortal3000 Client > Attendance > Monthly Attendance.

Step 2: The Monthly Attendance window will be shown. Click Rebuild Monthly.

Step 3: The Select Month and Card Holder window will be shown. Specify the Year and Month of the report to be rebuild. Users can also optionally choose to specify additional staff setting filters under Advanced Selection. Click OK to start rebuilding the attendance report.

Step 4: The following message window will be shown to indicate that the rebuild job has been submitted. Click OK to continue.

Step 5: Please wait until software prompts the Monthly Time Attendance Rebuild Finished message. Click Get / Preview in the Monthly Attendance window.

Step 6: The Monthly Attendance window will be shown. Select the attendance Year and Month to be viewed and click Get / Preview.

Step 7: The Monthly Attendance Report will be previewed accordingly. System users can also print out or export the daily report to a desired format after viewing.
